Welcome in, let's get you settled
Come as you are. Check in with our staff, and take a breath. There's no rush here. Pop your bags in the storage area and let the outside world wait for a bit. The deckchairs are for resting between rounds not a wardrobe for your bags and shoes! 😄

02 | Before you enter 🚿
Always rinse off first
A quick shower before the sauna removes sunscreen, oils and sweat, it keeps the space clean and helps you perspire more freely. A small act of care for yourself and everyone sharing the space 🤝

03 | Inside the sauna 🧖
Towel down always, no exceptions 🙏
This one's a non-negotiable at Suelta: your towel goes wherever you sit or lie. No towel, no sauna, simple as that. Aim for 10–15 minute sauna sessions. If you'd like to add water to the rocks for a steam hit, check with others first, it can be intense for newcomers!

04 | The cold plunge 🧊
Shower → plunge → breathe 🌬️
Always rinse off before you get in. Our baths sit between 3–9°C! If you're new, start small: 30 seconds is a genuine win. Breathe slowly and steadily. When you get out, don't rush to warm up. That tingling, floaty, calm feeling? That's the Suelta effect. Lean in and sit with it... you've earned it

05 | Between rounds 🍵
Rest, rehydrate, then go again
Take 5 minutes between each round. Grab a herbal tea, sip water with a pinch of salt, sit outside and feel the fresh air on your face. Your body is doing real work here, so give it space it deserves. Most people do 2–3 rounds, but here's no scoreboard, just listen to your body.

06 | Finishing up ✨
End on cold, float home 🌊
We always recommend finishing with the ice bath, unless it's quite late at night and you don't want to wake yourself up too much. The heat-to-cold contrast leaves you feeling light, clear and genuinely calm. Change, gather your things and a heads up, don't forget your shoes on the way out! You'd be surprised how often it happens when full zen mode is activated.

Shared space, shared responsibility. Here's what makes Suelta special for everyone: 💛
🤫 Keep it peaceful Use your soft inside voice. Appropriate, mindful and inclusive conversation topics only inside the sauna, Phones in bags tucked away or on silent. Others are here to fully switch off. Let's protect that for each other.
🧹 Leave it as you found it. Wipe what you use, handle equipment with care. Small acts, big difference.
🙋 Ask if you're unsure Our team is always around. No question is too small, that's genuinely what we're here for.
💚 Honour your body. Everyone's experience is different. Listen to how you feel. There's no competition here.
👀 Be mindful of others Time your rounds so everyone gets a turn. Sharing the space is part of the experience.
🌿 Stay hydrated Water and herbal teas are available throughout. Drink regularly, your body is working hard.
