Suelta Saunas was founded in 2022, with the dream to make our true passion for Finnish saunas, accessible to anyone and everyone within the community. We've seen and used traditional Finnish saunas all over the world. We reckon Sydney needs more Finnish Sauna's...don't you?
Suelta Saunas is Sydney's first mobile Finnish Sauna, a custom-built, 20 foot long, 12-person, traditional Finnish mobile sauna. Assembled with carefully curated materials. The sauna has been meticulously designed with inspiration from high-end Finnish saunas, keeping our customers and “löyly” front of mind.
It's our dream to bring you the first, mobile Finnish sauna experience in the Sydney. A place we can come together and sauna mindfully, or socially. A chance to escape and realign.

Pronunciation [Nanto -swelta]
The name Suelta derives from our travels along the coastline of Ireland in 2022. There, we enjoyed a horse trailer converted sauna overlooking the majestic Celtic sea. It was at that very moment, the vision of Suelta Saunas was born.
Finnish Sauna practice can offer mental clarity and escapism from outside noise. A perfect setting where dreams can be born. We hope our story inspires you to sauna with loved ones, allow your mind to wander, and build upon your own dreams and inspirations.

Our mission is to unify, reenergise, and recenter people around Sydney through the power of Sweat, Chill + Release. To be Sydney’s favorite spot to escape life's noise, connect with others, and experience the magic that unfolds, following the Suelta experience.
Our vision is to bring a place of community and peace for anyone to enjoy. Rest, release, and leave feeling those natural highs.
Our goal is to ensure customers of Suelta have a meaningful and impactful experience with us every time. We have big plans to expand, and sharing this experience further with more people.
